During our "Promises of Hope" sermon series, we'll be taking a short tour of the prophets and voices from the Hebrew Scriptures that give us hope and perspective for today. This Sunday, we'll learn how the Prophet Amos called people away from the worship of "other gods" and back to God, including the right relationship practice of acting with justice toward humanity. Our Scripture reading will be from Amos 1:1-2, 5:14-15, 21-24.
