Art Words & Yoga is holding an Intentions Worship for 2026!

This is open to all!

Happening on Saturday, February 7, from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at Puyallup UMC.

Have you considered what you are called to do this year? Would you like to find a way to work towards your intentions without being harsh with yourself? Similar to making a vision board, you can create a visual intention sign to guide yourself in 2026.

Here are the details:

• Thirty-minute yoga sequence before you create your sign with images and words. We'll use a sequence designed to help you set clear intentions with confidence. (Wear any comfortable clothes for this. Mats not required.)

• Over an hour to work with your intentions for this year—a gentler way to approach the idea of making a resolution

• Paper, paint, brushes, scissors, colored pencils, and more provided

• Bring magazines to cut and collage if you have things to bring or share.

• Suggested donation of $25 or whatever you can contribute. Here’s the LINK to donate. Choose the option "yoga class." (It really is a SUGGESTED amount. Please only give what you can.)
