As we journey towards Jerusalem with Jesus in Mark's Gospel, Jesus continues to prepare the disciples for his coming death. Like so many of us faced with difficult conversations, they didn't respond well. This Sunday we'll explore how leaning on God through the tough stuff makes all the difference. Epiphany: January 7, 2024
This Sunday, Epiphany, is when we celebrate the arrival of the Wise Men to worship the newborn king. It officially closes the Christmas season and begins the season of discovery. As we begin a new year, we seek new insight and clarity for that which guides us in our lives. Join us as we discern more about following our own North Star. Our Scripture reading will be from Matthew 2:1-12. We will also be celebrating Holy Communion, and don’t miss the special Quintet performance.
