Our church works with two local elementary schools to provide free weekend lunches for students from families in need throughout the school year. But what do these families do when they no longer have access to free or reduced-priced school lunches during summer break?

This year, our church is working on the South Sound Hunger Task Force in partnership with the City of Puyallup, Communities in Schools of Puyallup, and Feeding Feasible Feasts to ensure all children in our community are fed and well cared for this summer!

You’re invited to help by donating to reach the $25,000 goal needed to feed all these children this summer. You can give online at any time via the link below, or by check or cash with a designated giving envelope during Worship on Sundays.

We will be collecting donations all month long through June 28. The Albertsons Corporation has extended a matching grant to help reach the task force’s goal, and any amount raised over the $25k will go towards feeding children next summer!
